If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the relevant products, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
For your return to be approved, the product must be unbroken, unused and in undamaged original packaging with associated packaging. Opened or used hair care and hygiene products and brushes/hair accessories are not returned for hygiene reasons. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers buy an untouched and fresh product.
When we have received your return and assessed that the product is in essentially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you via email that the matter is closed. Refunds are made with the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
For replacements, the same conditions apply as for the right of withdrawal. It is only possible to exchange for an item of the same or lower value. When changing to an item of lower value, you then receive the difference as a credit receipt/discount code.
Delivery is made to the same address used for the original purchase.
Returns are only valid upon presentation of a receipt. In the event of a return or exchange, you are responsible for any costs such as shipping and handling fees.
If you want to complain about a product, register the complaint by using the form further down this page. Any defect in an item must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the defect should have been discovered, within a reasonable time (2 months).
All electrical items that we sell have a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act, and all warranties apply in Sweden. We are then responsible for the costs of complaints if the damage is considered to be a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept responsibility for errors that have arisen due to damage, wear and tear or neglect. Such product defects include, for example, a frayed cord, cracks in the product or paint runoff.
Warranty and right of complaint only apply on presentation of a receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we are liable for any costs, such as shipping charges and refunds using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. If the complaint is not approved, you are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with the matter (shipping, handling, etc.).
